Future Business Leaders of America
Angela Stone, Advisor
Professional Attire Drive
The Cedarcrest chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is opening a “closet” that will hold business attire for CHS students to access for professional attire needs such as job interviews and presentations. We are now accepting donations in Mrs. Stone’s room (#124) and will be open to contributions all year. Please consider donating any new or lightly used clothing now and in the future! The FBLA students will ensure all clothes are clean and pressed. There will be a class competition January 2nd - 11th between first period classes to see who can collect the most business attire. The winner will be rewarded with a donut and coffee party. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact an FBLA officer or Mrs. Stone at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a Career Technical Student Organization based on helping students gain leadership skills and experience areas of the business world in high school. With these skills, students are able to prepare themselves for their future in higher education or their work field. FBLA also has its own espresso stand, Growling Grounds, that is open before school and gives students the opportunity to gain work experience for their resumes.
